I think to be honest I probably paid over the odds for the property in the first place, as Bulgarian properties.com told us that there were no legal valuations in Bulgaria. They have told me recently, that although the price did rise a few years ago, property in this area has lost 70%, hich seems awfully high. They are the only agents who have ever advertised the property, and yet when I go on their website I can never find it!
